Hi there,

Emily here, Nisolo’s SVP of Product Creation & Manufacturing! 


Over the past year, a lot has changed at Nisolo, and I’m reaching out to share a behind the scenes look at what we’re doing operationally to better serve our customers. As we’ve listened to our community, we’ve learned what you love and where we can raise the bar. Some of you want to see us further our sustainability progress, others are desiring faster shipping and response times, and many of you have shared that you're ready for new and improved styles and colors! We take your input seriously and are incredibly grateful for it. 


Here are a few things we’ve been focused on to better serve you: 


New & Improved Products

When it comes to new and improved products, unlike fast-fashion brands dropping new collections every week, we take a more environmentally-friendly, slower approach to products. What you may not realize is that we are always working to improve our timeless, best sellers with better features, fit, and quality. 


We’ve done this recently with our Diego Everyday Sneaker, Marco Everyday Chelsea Boot, Alejandro Slip On 2.0, and Martin All-Weather Boot. We’ve also improved the quality and functionality of our bags and accessories too, all currently 30% off for this event!

Sustainability Initiatives

On the sustainability side, beyond continuing progress with our Sustainability Facts Label, we’re happy to share that 100% of our leathers are now sourced from Leather Working Group certified tanneries across our entire supply chain. And, we’ve recently launched a new partnership we can’t wait to share about soon to further offset our carbon emissions. 


Fulfillment & Logistics 

As you may have seen earlier this year, we moved our fulfillment to a 3rd party logistics provider. While the transition initially created delays for our customers, we’re now shipping faster than ever before! And, from a customer service standpoint, we’ve also improved our response times and launched new services like SMS.
